I am going to have to garner outside, objective thoughts on this new entrepreneurial venture that I'm going into this fall. It's a coffee shop. I know, I know, just what we need, another coffee shop. But, everything I discovered in my due-diligence says, to go for it!
This market has only reached half of it's potential. And, yes I would offer coffee AND tea, now that some people have given up coffee for tea. Now I will be offering starbucks coffee! For others I will offer bigelow tea, as well as lipton tea and novus tea. But, back to my coffee, I already rented the facility, and I'm stocking up all the coffee making equipment, like Wilbue curtis coffee makers,yes top of the line, and of course, a squeak n clean coffee pot cleaner. Success breeds success.
